Brittany or however she spells it, is rude and unprofessional but Kisha and everyone else is so nice and always so kind and professional. Kisha is honestly the reason I always come back because she is such a really nice person every time I come to this office. She is the best! Thank you so much Kisha! And everyone expect for Brittany.

I am not one to leave negative reviews. However I have been trying to take care of an existing balance from 1/24/24, for a service that was not provided. I have called and left countless messages and whenever I get anyone on the phone they say they need to leave a message for someone else who will call me back. I continue to get automated texted and calls about the balance, even on Christmas Day! However, no actual person had ever called me back. Very disappointed. Came in for an emergency appointment. I was in severe pain. The Woman who booked my appointment asked if my insurance was the same and I said “yes”. I come in early because I get a call that the office isn’t busy and I can come in early. When I get there I spend over 15 mins filling out paperwork.
