Dr. Sonia did not check my blood work for two months after increasing my medication dose. I ended up with an overdose of the medication. I planned some procedures, but I had to postpone them due to my extremely low hormone levels. I strongly do not recommend this doctor.
My wife uses this Doctor and is happy with her but dealing with the office is a nightmare. They charged my wife when they should not have and now tell me that we have to wait until the claim is settled before they can refund our money. Every time my wife goes here there is a problem with the billing. When you call them, they say they will call you back but never do. Do not go to this money, hungry doctor. I made an appointment three months in advance and gave my insurance information and was told they were in network my insurance verified. They were fully covered minus a $30 co-pay- three months later I come to my appointment only need to be told they cannot treat me unless I paid for the visit upfront and then if the insurance covers it, I will be reimbursed and they want $300 upfront or they refused to see me after having the appointment and having my insurance information on file for... read more
