I'm a new patient of Dr. Sonal Talwar and could not have been happier with my experience. From the very beginning, Dr. Talwar listened to my concerns and spent the time understanding what has been going on to help. This was quite contrary to my old doctors office that was very much so a revolving door of patients. Dr. Talwar knowledge, professionalism and care is hard to come by and would highly recommend!
I was a long time patient of doctor Eisen and the front desk staff at that time were great, ever since Talwar took over as the family physician, the front desk staff has been insufferable! I've had the worst experience with them, they are rude, condescending and provide you with misinformation that will put you in panic! It's like they think they're nurses and doctors! I have been a patient of Dr. Sonal Talwar's for a few years now. In the past, I felt that it was extremely difficult to get through to the office to book an appointment, and I would end up going to a walk-in clinic. Now, the service is much better and I always have a pleasant experience with the front desk team. Dr. Talwar is very kind, easy to talk to and smart. Used this nurse practitioner weeks ago and got a prescription refilled. They did not send the dosage and when pocket pills tries to reach them they do not respond. Two weeks without my medication, delayed because of the apathy of their office assistant.
Horrible experience using her on Maple. She is condescending and rude. We are all just trying to advocate for our own healthcare as the system itself is a dumpster fire, and when we encounter doctors like this, it is highly discouraging.
