My friend referred me to Dr. Sonal Patel at Huntington Asthma and Allergy Center in Pasadena, and calling to book my appointment on Monday, February 2 felt so welcoming right away—the front desk staff was warm, friendly, and super helpful. Dr. Patel is patient, kind, and explains everything clearly without rushing. Her assistant is knowledgeable and supportive too. Thank you for the excellent, friendly service!
This clinic receptionist is very rude. She didn’t want to hear what kind of insurance I have and requested me to get authorization first, then hang up my call. Very very rude! Don't come here!
Dr Patel was very nice, professional and took the time to listen to me. I would highly recommend her.
