A lieing doctor that never made any notes on my visits, or even made a real report for my medical issues in 2023. He made false reports regarding me supposedly not turning up for appointments, and made false statements medically which prevented me from the support needed. He lied about a blood test i did in march 2023 saying it was all good but actually I had a very low WCC and near liver failure and dont believe he even looked at it.
