A year ago, I came to this office for a colonoscopy. The doctor took a quick exam. They submitted a request to my insurance. The insurance quickly approved the request. However, this office didn't follow up and has never scheduled the actual service supposedly to be performed at SoCal Hospital in Culver City. I called the office when the approval expired. Someone, possibly the doctor, took the call and promised to re-submit the request. Never hear anything from them again.
This office was the most unprofessional, uncaring office I have been to in 25 years of dealing with Crohn's disease. They were three weeks late phoning in a prescription and when the Dr finally called me back, weeks late and after countless phone-calls to his office trying to get them to do something as simple as calling my pharmacy, he hung up on me when I told him I had to get my previous doctor to call in the prescription.
excellent hospitality, very generous. dr yamini was very compassionate when it came to my worries, he was very informative and so far the medications have helped
My experience with Dr yamini was exceptional. He is truly a caring professional. Im not a big fan of Doctors, but this gentlemen changed my outlook. He is truly exceptional. I dint wait too long and was informed throughout.
Sharona needs to be fired ! I called in because the Doctor advised was going to call me back in a week and it has been a month and haven't heard back from him. She was obviously extremely stressed and annoyed and was not considerate with the medical condition I am inquiring about instead she turned very rude.
