I’m rating this one star because what type of doctor office do you call and they don’t answer how am I supposed to book an appointment? If you guys do not answer the call I have rung you guys like five separate times today nothing at all.

Dr. Sohaileh Hussein has evidenced herself as an Incompetent doctor, who (along with her receptionist and employees) is disrespectful towards patients. She did not listen to our concerns, and made us make multiple visits for the same issues. She Overcharged us for vaccinations (which she insisted must be only purchased directly from her). She was late for scheduled appointments. Berated my mother for simply asking her for a referral, Dr. Sohaileh is unhinged, she complained that now she needs to handle her retired father’s patients and her patients. That is not my mothers problem if she feels overwhelmed, she should not take on too many patients. She’s in office 3 days a week, just came back from holiday, she’s absolutely unprofessional and should not speak or yell at her patients this way.

Today I drove all the way From Newmarket as they were not answering the phones. Also, the answering machine was full so I could not leave a message. When I arrived to the office, it was closed, but the website does not explain that they are not available. Dr sohaileh, It’s 2024. There are several ways that you can let your clients know that your office is closed and you are not available.
