PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE OR BE TREATED BY NOOR (He will not get the privilege of being called a doctor by me) Noor also works at Methodist West Hospital and that is where he came in contact with my mother and was her primary physician (which is stated in various paperwork from the hospital even though he denied it). He miss-diagnosed my mother and was signing off on treatments for something she never had. My mother spent a total of 3 weeks combined at Methodist Hospital, she was diagnosed with stage four lung... read more
Horrible front desk customer service. They refuse to talk to you over the phone. They shut off their phone system at 4:30pm, not 5pm. If your looking for referrals to specialists, the office will simply kick it back or ignore it until you confront them about it in person, if you are a patient of this doctors office. Id highly suggest you do your research before even signing up with Healthcare PCP. Know what your getting into before you agree to a PCP.
