Dr Sofia is arrogant, rude and condescending, no care or compassion shown. Totally wasted my time making me come back for a 2nd appt to give me the exact same outcome as the 1st appt. I waited 11 mths initially, don't waste your time or money!!
I’m sure the doctors here are amazing, but I had a very disappointing phone call with the receptionist. I was trying to enquire about an appointment regarding woman’s health and was instructed by my doctor to call this number. Dr Smirnova is a great OB, I’m glad I chose her for my first pregnancy. Worth every dollar. She is direct, straight to the point, patient and reassuring. A great guide during my first pregnancy, she is highly skilled and knowledgeable. She came highly recommended to me from a friend and I would also recommend her to others. The care I received from her before birth, my c section and during my hospital stay put me at ease and made a stressful situation (baby was 4 weeks premature) much easier. Update to review - Saw another (more experienced) Dr who took one look at the same results that Smirnova saw and said - "I am so sorry that she dismissed you. She isn't worth your time." He has also chosen to takw me seriously and has since discovered a problem that "without intervention, would cause lifelong severe issues". Smirnova is an arrogant dr with no real empathy.
