Had my first appointment today with Dr. Sofia and let me tell you that Sofia and her staff are exceptional! I waited not even 10 minutes and was already called in. Very welcoming environment. I personally communicated with one of the ladies at the front desk, I believe her last name is Cruz. She has EXCELLENT customer service as well as the rest of the staff. I love her. She is smart, careful and caring.
This is the first time that I go to a Cardiologist and I dont have an electrocardiogram to compare with the previous ones that I have in record, a very nice person but I dont think she pays much attention to what the pacients said.
