Nadeen is an amazing physician who absolutely knows her stuff. However, her staff are not. Rarely ever receive callbacks, been waiting 2 months on prior authorization information and I’m almost never communicated with. Leave voicemails and I don’t receive callbacks. Calls almost never answered. So frustrating.
My first and only experience at this practice was a waste of my money and time. I went in for a sinus infection and was told that typically sinus infections are viral and are not treated with antibiotics. This is inaccurate as sinusitis is supposed to be treated with antibiotics and I have always received a course of antibiotics for sinus infections.
