Beware of this office. All the bad reviews about her staff not being professional are absolutely true. I went in her office in April for a check up. Was told I had some issues and they would follow up in a few months to see progress. No one ever followed up but they hounded me down for the 15 dollar co pay. I've been seeing Dr. Soederbaum years before she opened her own practice. Now, she is pushing me off to another care provider in the office as she's only in two days a week. Last time I was there, I had to wait outside for an appointment they made, because they were late getting back from lunch. She forgets to put in notes on referrals or reach out, follow up. I call to ask about a flu shot and the new PA picks up the phone and barely understands english and i just hung up the phone and shes very helpful and understanding and a good dr
Such a great doctor!
Nadeen is an amazing physician who absolutely knows her stuff. However, her staff are not. Rarely ever receive callbacks, been waiting 2 months on prior authorization information and I’m almost never communicated with. Leave voicemails and I don’t receive callbacks. Calls almost never answered. So frustrating.
