The receptionists are extremely rude. They rarely answer phone calls and never return calls when voicemails are left. I signed up at this clinic specifically because they have a female family doctor, but I am now reconsidering returning due to the poor and disrespectful service. The only response I received was an email stating that my voicemail was not heard and that the doctor was away on vacation.
