I'm a new patient and really like the staff and doctors here!
Owner will probably reply but it won't CHANGE my review!! I did mention this issue with the office manager and all she said was okay let me look at our call log and no follow up from her either! 🤔 I was looking for a new doctor and made an appointment. However, when I spoke Seline or Caroline (can't recall the name) she informed me that I need to pay a deposit in order to keep my appointment. Wait what? I went in to meet Dr. Choudhary and her staff today for the first time. I was so impressed with the facility and mostly how friendly her staff was. Dr. Choudhary was very personable, professional and extremely thorough as a first time patient. I loved that her office provided a lab for my blood work and was able to get my bone density scan done ….. same day! That saved me so much time having to schedule and go to 2 extra appointments. Dr. Smriti and her staff have been wonderful to me. My calls are returned promptly. Referrals are handled timely. Staff and doctor always friendly. I appreciated them so much.
