I had a serious, undiagnosed illness, and, as a healthy athlete with no previous history of problems, it was scary. Dr. Smith pulled in every possible specialist to assist, and he personally researched my situation. Eventually, he helped find a solution and all is well today.

Dr. Charles Smith is an excellent PCP. He formerly was my family doctor at UAMS. Instead of 20 minute slots, he reserves a 1 hour slot. I recently had been released from the hospital and we went over every detail prior to his recommendations. The referral has been extremely beneficial to my medical situation. He also is very fast with refilling medications.

Dr. Smith's expertise in primary care is deep and wide, and he is easy to talk to. This new model will save a lot of money for some of my friends who have high deductibles. Also, since you can't get proper care without an accurate diagnosis, I appreciate his skills in providing correct information (I have several family members who were either not diagnosed or not diagnosed correctly and understand that diagnosis is critical to living well). I highly recommend!

I am an 'on the go' type person and do quite a bit of traveling for work. It is so nice having multiple options to contact Dr. Smith...most often I find myself on the phone or exchanging messages with him. He's always responsive, sincere and helpful and most of the time I can resolve my question or issue without even going to the office. I love it.

Dr. Smith has taken care of my husband and me for 20 years. Now, as patients of Dr. Smith Direct Care, we can text, email, send photos, have a video visit, with plenty of time to discuss our concerns. He is an excellent diagnostician and is always current on the newest developments in medicine.
