I could never get an answer after being forwarded by the front desk. Every time I called and explained that I was not getting an answer after being forwarded, I was either hung up on, or forwarded to a number that would eventually end after ringing a few times. If there is no availability- say that. I would not waste my time and energy trying to get mental health services here as you might be triggered by simply making an attempt to schedule an appointment. Unfortunate!
