I came for an allergy test and while listing out my current medications, I got lectured for taking body pain medicine because I’m so young. The doctor was disrespectful and said "what are you going to do when you’re 50 if you’re taking this medicine right now?". She dismissed my problems that had nothing to do with the allergy test. I have a chronic illness and her lecturing me was uncalled for.
Dr Sur Sameeksha and the staff member who performed allergy test are really doing excellent job. I had my appointment a month later and when I reached on time on the day of appointment, everything went smoothly and no issues faced. Front desk staff is also nice and were busy on phone scheduling appointments in various languages according to the client's needs. I did not find any issues mentioned in other low rated reviews. Verse Doctors ever if you have problem today they gonna see u after 1 month they don’t diagnosis problem proper.Patients are suffering.Front staff also rude they don’t have any other doctor available if one on vacation to handle problems.
