Dr Bobic is a wonderful doctor! She listens, she is intelligent, thoughtful and kind. She thinks outside the box when other physicians cannot. Her treatment is giving me my life back.
I’m disappointed in this place!!! They are so unorganized!!! Canceling my appointment over a document they could’ve requested at least 24 hours prior….couple of days….couple of hours…SOMETHING! They reached out to my primary care provider 45 minutes before my appointment and then cancel my appointment because they didn’t respond right away very unprofessional In my opinion !! Every visit I felt special. Dr Bobic carefully listens to my concern and uses her expertise in problem solving. I urge anyone with arthritis issues or lupus or any major issues to put yourself into her care Her practitioner also is very knowledgeable. All her front desk staff, and everyone I came in contact with is courteous, professional and caring. I am very big on good customer service. Yay= Thank You All.
I don’t like this office. Their phones don’t work half the time, their communication is bad, and they aren’t very responsible and on top of things like you would expect a professional medical office to be. The poor girl at the front desk seems to handle absolutely everything (she’s good) while the doctors sit on their butts and make way too much money doing nothing.
