I went to the urgent care to get some antibiotics for an ear infection I was experiencing. When Dr. Gaufberg came in I told him I thought I had an ear infection and that I might need antibiotics as topical steroids were not working. Dr Gaufberg then spent 5 to 10 minutes refusing to look at my ear saying "Well if you already know what's wrong, why am I here?"
