I was honestly in shock being introduced to this character. Firstly, he had no comprehension of my wife’s needs. She is autistic. She struggles with basic communication and being able to put how she feels into words as a partner. I’ve always tried to be a bridge and try to be her voice where she doesn’t feel comfortable. Dr Siva appavoo fell asleep on me during my appointment, it’s been months since I’ve been back, but I am now even more scared to go to another psychiatrist or therapist. I have more issues now than I did before. Everyday I am bothered by the fact soemone who is supposed to help me was so bored by my trauma and past he literally passed out. I am not even joking. I had a good experience with Dr Appavoo. He helped me with relationship issues. I thought he was sometimes overly focussed on filling a sleep diary.

Reading some of these reviews makes me wonder if Dr Appavoo has a moustache twirling evil twin. He has always been extremely patient and kind to me, even though I know I can be a difficult patient. If you're actually willing to work on yourself I can't imagine a more diligent and careful specialist, and I've seen many of the alternatives in the region.
