My main intentions of going for chiropractor is because I'm mostly desk bound (bad posture and alignment), and find it incredibly helpful to have regular sessions as part of my own well-being. So far I've done 12 sessions with Dr. Natalie Siu for help with my back and neck pains. There's definitely an improvement, especially with my lower back and hip alignment. Due to working from home, I had developed lower back soreness and hand/joint pains. Dr. Natalie Siu was quick to understand how my lifestyle and habits had lead to my issues. They were able to provide immediate relief over the first few sessions and provided great advice as to how to improve my habits and provide longer term improvement.
