Horrible experience with front desk. They forgot me twice. Got there before my scheduled appointment and didn’t get seen until an hour after my appointment. Will be in touch with PAB/MBC to review my medical visit with provider. Unfortunately, the Doctor seems to be nonexistent.
New patient tried for multiple days over 2 weeks to get through left messages never received any response back, found a appt schedule online for 12 pm scheduled and the day of appt Called to make sure that was a viable appt was given attitude and told no that there website was incorrect and given more attitude for believing it. Told it would be 3 months to see DR then she said wouldn't schedule me. she thought the referral was incorrect ask for explanation received more attitude instead of explanation. This is the best endocrinology practice in the Antelope Valley. My husband and I have been patients for years, and we are truly grateful for the excellent care we’ve received. The nurse practitioner is outstanding and manages many routine cases like ours that require close follow-up but are not overly complex.
