Dr Sina Tebi to my experience is one of the best, other than his amazing knowledge he actually listens to patients, I've been dealing with dry mouth for many years, each doctor when I mentioned said it's nothing, drink more water, I remember in one of my visits with Dr Tebi about my thyroid as I was leaving I did mention my dry mouth, he asked me couple of questions then said let's do a test for Sjorgen, something that I've never heard before so I did this easy one step blood test and the result was positive, I'm sad that al... read more
Dr. Tebi and his NP are both great! Dr. Tebi is definitely worth the wait. He is very knowledgeable and I just appreciate how he takes all medical conditions in consideration and does thorough examinations. I feel so confident under his medical care and happy to have such an amazing physician.
Never answer phone calls, last time I went there they held me for an hour and didn’t call me, I was running late so I couldn’t wait any longer. Very disrespectful, the front desk couldn’t even answer my question. It looks like racism because all of the Latino American people who came later than me were in the doctor’s room, while I wasted my time there. Don’t recommend this office.
Hands down worst experience dealing with Sina Tebi. I won't even call him a doctor, because anyone can buy a medical degree, it doesn't mean you are smart. Poor business practices. You absolutely can not contact this office by phone, only text or email. Unfortunately his staff, which appears to be high school dropouts, has difficulty managing this process along with any other process. Elderly folks may find this format of doing business difficult.
