Dr. Sina is amazing. After 3 years of searching for help for my daughter with generalized anxiety and panic attacks, Dr. Sina and the Aspire program turned things around for her and she is now a thriving teenager. I highly recommend Dr Sina, not only for his expertise in finding the right medicine to enable my daughter to work through her anxiety but by ensuring she has the right balance of sleep, food, exercise and socialization so that she is best prepared to deal w her anxiety when it arises.
I have had the most DIFFICULT time trying to get an appointment and it has been a 3 month (at LEAST) process. His team keeps telling me that they’ll call me back to set up an appointment and at some points, they even just ignored me. I still to this day have not been able to get an appointment.
