Everyone was very professional and so helpful. So glad I went there for my therapy.
Feedback on tardiness policy. It’s not disclosed in their “policies” pamphlet they give you. It only states “tardiness may result in cancellation of appointment” and when called to give notice that you’re running behind, you only have F I V E MINUTES to be late before they cancel it!! It’s even guaranteed that you’ll be able to reschedule without waiting a WHOLE THREE WEEKS. UNACCEPTABLE. ALSO SEND YOUR STUPID PAPERWORK IN ADVANCE OF THE APPOINTMENTT.
Had covid with bad heart. Sat in the ER for 8 hours til we finally left. Do not go here!! Worst service ever!!!!
