Dr Sabau didn't introduce herself as the Paediatrician. No issues with birth and no complications to speak of. Attendance incidences were all sub 5 minutes. Bill issued to wrong name and required multiple contacts to have patient name corrected. Compared to our first Paediatrician, big room for improvement.

To begin with, we did not request a paediatrician. Besides, there was no communication during the ward visit regarding the cost. Last but not least, the doctor is not very professional. To be more specific, she consider our newborn a low risk for Jaundice by a glance, while BiliCocoon was required and eventually applied to our baby. What's made us feel sick was that a nurse picked up the sign and escalated the case for us to get the treatment.

We were allocated Simona for the birth of our second child, our son at Cabrini. She didn’t introduce herself before birth, just ‘turned up’ during the c/section, we actually thought she was a nurse throughout as she was so hands off. We didn’t see her again without requesting her. We saw her 3 times and flagged multiple issues with our son in the postnatal stay (breathing issues, jaundice, not waking to feed/lethargic). We have seen Dr Sabau three times or so. The first time was at Cabrini where my daughter was born. I’m unclear if Dr Sabau came once or twice during our Cabrini stay (so many hormones and sleep deprivation after birth) it’s hard to remember. Since Dr Sabau seemed lovely and met our daughter at week one, we thought to continue with her when my daughter was older. Dr Sabau has exceeded our expectations every time.
