Best in town including admin and nursing staff. Nuff said. Procedure for 1st MTPJ fusion went exactly as described and I’m really happy with the result. Do as you’re told and you’ll have an excellent outcome. Dr Zilko doesn’t cut corners so make sure you don’t. Thank you again Simon
After seeing two other surgeons I settled on Dr Zilko to perform Minimal Invasive Bunion Surgery on both feet. Recovery was much faster than expected and results are amazing. Pain relief was dramatic and foot function is really improved. Receptionists are also very friendly and accommodating. I believe Dr Zilko is the best foot and ankle surgeon in Perth.
Had a total ankle replacement exactly a year ago from today. Here is a timeline of the milestone in the 12 months that has just past: The 1st 5 weeks was really tough. I did what I was told to do and toughed it out. Dr Zilko worked his magic initially on my wife’s foot, with some very clever and complicated skills, and recently did some remedial surgery on my foot as well. Fantastic surgeon, great communicator, and genuine empathy. You can’t beat Ash and the admin team either, polite, professional, and super efficient. 10/10 all around.
