I gave a friend a ride to his office and sat with her in the exam room. We waited for the doctor for 45 minutes on the second visit (on the first visit, staff told us that he hadn't shown up that day, so we had to reschedule). Dr Spilkin spent a long time with her, but belittled her for being anxious and shy. When she stated that she had a history of chronic sinus infections (documented by her ENT doc and CT report), he said that was impossible. Thankfully, she found another doctor that is Kinder and more intelligent.
I've never had a doctor who is more considerate and respectful.
Dr. Simon Spilkin is the epitome of what being a professional with a heart looks like. He sees me and my son who is autistic. Never once has he seemed "too busy" for us or our needs. As a single mother I am on the state insurance and honestly a lot of places look down at you, or make you feel less of a person. With him and his staff never once have we been made to feel that way.
