Dr Benstock diagnosed me with IBS after two 'scopies without checking for food allergies. Was told to follow a FODMAP diet and good luck. Things didn't get better so I saw an allergy specialist off my own back and it turns out I had some pretty common food allergies. I expect from a specialist given how common autoimmune conditions are!
