Russian speaking front desk receptionist is very rude, refused to provide her name,, hanged up phone during the conversation, demanded Medicare number over the phone. When we offered to present Medicare in person before appointment for verification, said that we should look for another doctor, and refused to give appointment to the doctor. When we asked to speak to the manager, hanged up the phone. Very unpleasant experience.
