I’ve been seeing Dr. Koshy for 10 years now, off and on, (due to traveling with my husband for work) and can only say that she has been the greatest. My only issue is that she is a very busy woman and hard to get in to see. I don’t consider that a negative, as I know that she is providing the same attentive care for other patients. Dr. Koshy and her office staff are the best. My entire family, extend family and most of my befriends see her. She truly CARES about her patients.
Doctor Koshy and her staff are the best in the business. Doctor Koshy truly cares about her patients, and the office gets things done quickly and efficiently. She stays up to date on the newest treatment options out there for her patients. She LISTENS.
If you want respect and dignity, this is NOT the place for you. Also, please check your medical records, because mine were very inaccurate. Wrong medication was sent out, and when I told them, it was all the fault of “the new system”. The office clearly states on every door and window, that they can’t be bothered. So beware. It was sad day in healthcare for me.
My mom is a patient of Dr. Koshy and her care has been delayed by their office practices and lack of communication. I’ve tried to convince my mother that they are not the right fit for someone as ill as she is, but I wrote it off thinking maybe I was being too harsh. Until now. I and my brother share her care and we routinely miss work for her.
