I made an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Kavand, but canceled it after realizing that the staff was utterly inept! We have a high deductible health plan and I was told that I'd need to pay $230, upfront (and before my appointment) and then it would be required for me to have a blood panel done in their office which would have been another $150 or something like that.
