The staff is TERRIBLE! The are rude for literally no reason! They’ve got to get a better staff! I’m taking my complaint further as well!
Dr. Boccardo, Melissa and the receptionist are perfect. They treated my husband great and would recommend to anyone.
To whoever Melissa is. She is a rude employee, speaks aggressively, and is very immature. So sorry for future patients who have to deal with her.
I don’t know who the receptionist is here but she needs a new career I have been in contact with this office for 3 days and all 3 encounters I’ve had with her were RUDE! If you want to have your day ruined just give them a call 👍
