The secretaries don't do any work! My doctor sent a referal over 3 weeks ago. I was told they will call me. Knowing how horrible our healthcare system is, I proactively got my doctor's secretary to find their phone number. Not only have they not called me to book an appointment in 3+ weeks. I called them after 2 weeks and left a voicemail with all the details! Still no call back over a week later. Their answering machine says "We only answer phone calls until 12pm and then 1-3pm. Dr Gandhi received an emergency referral and agreed to fit my husband in for kidney stones. He was very caring and listened well and is extremely intelligent about other types of medicines apart from those used for kidney and bladder related illnesses, such as heart and blood pressure meds. We felt very confident with his care and he fit him in for surgery 2 days later and did a great job. He provided excellent care.
Dr Gandhi himself is great, however the secretary that is in the office not so much. The automated recording when you call says they answer phone calls between 9am-12pm. And requests you leave only one message. However that doesn't seem to be the case, my mother has been having some issues and trying to reach out as he is her doctor for said issues but the secretary has not answered the phone or called back.
