Dr Gandhi received an emergency referral and agreed to fit my husband in for kidney stones. He was very caring and listened well and is extremely intelligent about other types of medicines apart from those used for kidney and bladder related illnesses, such as heart and blood pressure meds. We felt very confident with his care and he fit him in for surgery 2 days later and did a great job. He provided excellent care.
Dr Gandhi himself is great, however the secretary that is in the office not so much. The automated recording when you call says they answer phone calls between 9am-12pm. And requests you leave only one message. However that doesn't seem to be the case, my mother has been having some issues and trying to reach out as he is her doctor for said issues but the secretary has not answered the phone or called back. We have tried to call a few times, with no response, the secretary also books appointments for specific time slots but... read more
I had my first appointment with Dr Gandhi a couple of weeks ago. He was pleasant, personable and respectful. Today I had a cystoscopy and he was most skillful, explained everything as we went and told me what he was looking at on thr screen. He has a sense of humor and listens to what you say. I would highly recommend him.
