Nurse Sarah was rude, cold, and incredibly dismissive of elderly patient needs and family concerns. We are left without assistance for our home-bound elderly mother's insomnia and this is taking an incredible toll on family caregivers. While seeking an alternative source of health care, this office refused to provide a referral. We are very confused and distraught.
