Dr. Hanna is a wonderful doctor. I took away a star because the Nurse that works there, Sheila is horrible. Just because you are stressed and frustrated you cannot take it out on clients! She belittles people and talks down to them with a snarky rude tone and embarrasses them in front of others! People that come into the doctor’s office are already stressed they don’t need to put up with her cruelty. If you don’t have the people skills needed to be at the front desk don’t be there!! She needs to get fired!!!!
