My experience is always good. A small, but to me, minor annoyance, was the MA calling me by my first name. I feel that calling patients by their first name diminishes their importance. My staff and I always referred to our patients by a title (Mr, Mrs, Dr, etc. and their last name. I prefer to be addressed as Dr. and my last name.
Dr.Michael is very easy to talk to and is very focused on solving the unknown.He just discovered a rare disease that I have and has a plan to approach it aggressively ! He is always willing to take the extra Step !Thank You Dr. Michael !
Dr. Michael seems very knowledgeable and competent. He took time to listen to my concerns and explained things very well. The support staff at Riverhills Neuroscience are excellent as well. They will work with you to be sure your prescriptions are covered by your insurance.
