I told this doctor multiple times over 5 months about my stomach pains. she told me it was because I was overweight and that I should eat less food. I get some doctors are old school, but this lady is beyond that. Just a rude physician with no bedside manner and a horrible tone. SHE ALMOST CAUSED IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE DUE TO HER NEGLIGENCE! I'M GLAD I GOT A SECOND OPINION. DANBURY IS SMALL BUT THERE ARE OTHER DOCTORS OUT THERE THAT ARE WAY BETTER THAN THIS QUACK! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been going to this place for years and every time I leave I say the same thing “I need to find a new primary care” but this visit takes the cake. Not only did they completely overlook my reason for visiting but they decided to bring up mental health issues and sexual trauma that is completely UNRELATED to anything I went into my visit dealing with. I love this health center, always very helpful and kind. Dr. Magavi always make you feel as if you were part of her family and gives you the right care.
Absolutely horrible! Do not go to this place! Not only did she sit there and criticize me and ask a personal condescending question, she also insisted that I do not have a heart murmur which I have had my whole life. On top of that I was charged $390 for her to take my weight and check my blood pressure. My insurance was cancelled without any notice and they still allowed me to go through with my appointment which I just got a bill for 5 months later.
