Unfortunately they’re place of business is inefficient and unprofessional. The desk assistants couldn’t care less about their career or the patients that are being taken care of. What is the point in working in healthcare, if you have any care or emotion for any human. Definitely switching to another doctor and leaving this ridiculous establishment. I told this doctor multiple times over 5 months about my stomach pains. she told me it was because I was overweight and that I should eat less food. I get some doctors are old school, but this lady is beyond that. Just a rude physician with no bedside manner and a horrible tone. SHE ALMOST CAUSED IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE DUE TO HER NEGLIGENCE! I'M GLAD I GOT A SECOND OPINION. DANBURY IS SMALL BUT THERE ARE OTHER DOCTORS OUT THERE THAT ARE WAY BETTER THAN THIS QUACK! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been going to this place for years and every time I leave I say the same thing “I need to find a new primary care” but this visit takes the cake. Not only did they completely overlook my reason for visiting but they decided to bring up mental health issues and sexual trauma that is completely UNRELATED to anything I went into my visit dealing with.
