Avoid at all costs!!! Do not waste your time. Terrible one to one interaction inside office, once you finally get in. No bother making an appointment. The front office consistently books as many patients as possible to fill the waiting room. Tried to give the benefit of another chance, second time was worse than first. Entire waiting room complaining as it was filled with minimum hour wait times, repeatedly.

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Narwal’s clinic has been extremely frustrating. While the doctor himself is okay, the office staff is very rude and unprofessional, and communication is practically nonexistent. This is not the first time this has happened to us. My sister suffers from Crohn’s disease and was supposed to be admitted to the hospital yesterday for treatment. I took my 7 yr old to Dr. Narwal on a recommendation from a friend. I was not in the room with the doctor for 5 minutes before I walked out, after telling him my child's issues. He was not helpful at all and called my child lazy. He told me my child needed to sit on the toilet for 30 minutes a day. Try to get an adhd child to sit for 30 minutes to do anything. I picked up medical records recently. They have my child's sex wrong in the records. Never gave a diagnosis. Office staff is wonderful, this is the only reason I give ... read more
