I was impressed by Dr. Shiv Patel from my first visit with him. He is very knowledgeable, his approach is friendly and made me comfortable asking questions during my visits. He responded to my messages when I had any concerns to address, he seems genuinely concerned about my health issues and takes the time to find and explain the appropriate steps to get me better.
