Dr Patel Put the wrong implant in me. Knowing all my auto immune diseases. I now am bed ridden because this implant went through the back of my knee and severed an artery. I have to have reconstructive surgery and hopefully a new knee. And I am still at risk for amputation. He is quick to do surgery. Be ware.
It has been almost 2 years since my scope surgery to remove cartilage from my ACL that was causing severe pain. I had been told that knee had 10 years before it may need knee replacement but the meniscus was wearing had somehow torn loose to cause a floater into my ACL. Dr. Patel was recommended to me so I drove from Plano to Burleson to see him. I’m so glad I did because he is freaking amazing! I had a tight schedule so he was able to get me in and repair my knee within a month.. successful surgery and walking immediately!! I highly recommend Dr. Patel..
Dr. Patel repaired my rotator cuff in April of this year. His bedside manner was incredible! Leading up to the surgery, he made sure I knew what was going to happen, and what to expect afterwards during recovery. He was very enthusiastic and encouraging when, after 5 months post-op, I asked if I could go back to working out with weights - which has done nothing but aid my recovery.
