Avoid this therapist at all costs! I wish I read these reviews before I had my appointment. She told me she lived in Tacoma (so is it Vancouver or Tacoma?). Fine, people move. She told another reviewer here that she worked in the juvenile system while she told me she had worked in the VA system (I'm a disabled vet). Fine people switch jobs. But it seems suspicious. Also, all the jobs she has had have apparently involved crushing vulnerable people so that's a big red flag, even if it is true. She kept having to excuse herself... read more

Made a new patient appointment using their online calendar. They then asked to reschedule and then canceled my appointment without any communication. Unprofessional. Avoid therapists who treat people poorly.

I’ve worked on an off with the lady for the last oh 16ish years on and off starting @ about 10 years old right after my parents divorce extremely rude an manipulative she had made comments about working for the juvenile justice department downtown Vancouver when first attending sessions with her no surprise @16 after no longer seeing dr shen because I was old enough to say I’m not going my mother had me arrested after an argument and I punched the garage door anyway I ended up back in the office with dr shen and on juvenile ... read more

I tried making an appointment through the Doctor On demand app and after making an appointment a week in advanced, my appointment was cancelled for no reason. I tried calling the doctor on demand support and they weren’t able to help me schedule anything soon. Extremely unprofessional
