Place hasn't been the same since Dr.mogg left and the staff at the front desk are rude... Not to mention they are all new

Every sense Dr. Mogg retired the place is awful. Everything about the office is awful

This place is so bad now. Dr Mogg left and it’s gone down hill in every way!! Wow. I’m saddened thinking how things can go from good to bad. I have to switch my kids doctor soon.

I had a appointment for my daughter at 8:15 And I was there for my appointment early at 8:00 ! Another lady was there as well sitting out but sign in before me at 7:50 ... she stated her appointment is for 8:30 and Marline at the front desk confirmed her appointment time is for 8:30 !!!! So , we are waiting to be called back and the other patient was called back before me. I asked why ? If my appointment is at 8:15 and hers is at 8:30am . I was told WE DONT GO BY APPOINTMENT! Ive been with them since my oldest was a baby until now with my second child i will be switching because not only was the wait long 2hrs but after being seen the Dr forgot to send the prescriptions in for my kids who have sever colds and ear infection so now i have to take the to the emergency room because the on call Dr is not answering the phone to fix the issue I am truly disappointed this is so unacceptable
