After telling us they took our insurance They had us sit there over an hour fill out all of the paperwork before saying we couldn't be seen until we called our insurance and changed the doctor. Thats something they should have told us up front when we first came in.

My husband passed away March 23rd, and today is April 9th. Express Care of Belleview received paperwork that Dr. Ice is to sign off on for the death certificate to be issued. I was there at Express care on March 26th and was informed by Dr. Ormond that the paperwork was on Dr. Ice desk and she should sign off on them that day. The first paperwork was lost????, as I was informed by Advent Health as they had to resend the paperwork. Well today is April 9th, and this paperwork has yet to be signed off on. At one time this place was great. Recently it has plummeted to a hell hole. The staff doesn't do anything as far as leaving messages. I fell and broke my back and called probably 20 times for home health etc. Absolutely nothing was done. The idiots said you have to be seen. I couldn't walk folks! I've been going there for years! They did nothing at all. I had to call my insurance company and they called there a few times for me. Nothing. So they put a grievance report in. They hired a new bunch of idiots.
