Absolutely ridiculous that I have to basically beg for my refills anymore. Been coming here 8 years and never had this problem until recently. Was not refilled on my anxiety meds for a month which led me to go through cold turkey withdrawals. Now waiting on them to make a simple CALL to the pharmacy and they can’t even do that. I’m in excruciating pain and all I get is I’m sorry. They need another MD on staff.

After telling us they took our insurance They had us sit there over an hour fill out all of the paperwork before saying we couldn't be seen until we called our insurance and changed the doctor. Thats something they should have told us up front when we first came in.
