Please save yourself the trouble and skip this "doctor". I really wish I'd read reviews before booking here. He barely lets you talk, and when you do try to explain what's going on, he's dismissive about it - even laughed while I was mid-sentence trying to describe my symptoms. Didn't feel heard at all, and honestly left more confused and discouraged than when I walked in. No real diagnosis, no real plan, just rushed through. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was shocked to receive a call from the doctor (Shirish Bhatt) using a private number confronting me about a Google review. This is completely unprofessional and frankly disturbing behavior. Instead of addressing feedback appropriately, he told me I need to find another doctor simply because he didn’t like the review. Dr Bhatt is fantastic- he listens, provides thoughtful feedback and great care. I recommend him to everyone.
Dr. Bhatt is a very nice person and wants to help his patients. BUT, I have constant issues every month with my prescriptions not being sent through and the girls who work in the office are absolutely not helpful whatsoever. It’s extremely frustrating to the point I will be switching providers.
We've been going to this practice for 5 years. I am disgusted with the office manager suli or w/e her name is, and even some of the other staff. They are very unprofessional. On multiple occasions, they show no urgencies, whether it's refilling prescriptions, getting a doctor's note, or simply passing along message to the doctor. They nickle and dime your insurance.
