We've been going to this practice for 5 years. I am disgusted with the office manager suli or w/e her name is, and even some of the other staff. They are very unprofessional. On multiple occasions, they show no urgencies, whether it's refilling prescriptions, getting a doctor's note, or simply passing along message to the doctor. They nickle and dime your insurance. Had an extremely unprofessional rude and rough interaction with Shirish Bhatt. He spoke down to me and barely spent any time. Didn’t care and horrible bedside manners. Some people should not be given a medical degree. Worst experience I’ve had. Someone below also mentioned that he has a temper problem. I agree with that as well as he was extremely agitated and angry during the visit.
Had emergency appointment with Dr Shrish Bhatt and not even come close to diagnosis my issue. Spoke to me by door and mention will send prescription to the pharmacy. Since it was emergency took day off from work and straight headed to the pharmacy and waited for 1 1/2 hr for prescription. Made at least 8 calls to the office for my prescription which had not happened on same day. This was one of worse doctor experiences I ever had, I explained my diet and supplements never had doctor argued with me push medication, I explained my Acai powder helps prevent ibs pains which I recently found out was endometriosis stage 4 on my stomach not ibs, yes Acai did help, Acai is not Acai bowel sugar rather powder has results acting anti inflammatory, I told him curcumin helps me he belittle me , one reason I’m scared to this day talk to doctors about my self treatment, they don’t listen I sayi had million side ef... read more
