Dr. Peters is very attentive and caring. She spends a lot of time with me and is open to discussing a variety of treatment methods. Unlike other doctors I have seen, she actually takes the time and listens to my concerns.
I did not have any issues. I had an online appointment to get smoking cessation medication. I had been on time, but had not filled out the correct paperwork. They allowed me to fix it and get back to the online que. Nice, simple and effective online services. I booked an appointment for my wife at 5. My wife, who was quite sick, arrived and they told her and thought it was for noon. I double checked online and it was 100% at 5. I even called ZocDoc to confirm. To make matters worse the doctor was still there and about to go home, and the lady at the front desk did not even ask the doctor if she would be willing to have the short 15 minutes consultation with my wife.
