I did not have any issues. I had an online appointment to get smoking cessation medication. I had been on time, but had not filled out the correct paperwork. They allowed me to fix it and get back to the online que. Nice, simple and effective online services. I have health insurance through the Affordable Care Act, my copay was $15 and I paid the tip for capsule pharmacy delivery. The clinic has a dermatology/skin cancer screening focus. Important. I booked an appointment for my wife at 5. My wife, who was quite sick, arrived and they told her and thought it was for noon. I double checked online and it was 100% at 5. I even called ZocDoc to confirm. To make matters worse the doctor was still there and about to go home, and the lady at the front desk did not even ask the doctor if she would be willing to have the short 15 minutes consultation with my wife.

They accepted my appointment and asked for new patient information and went through the motions only to tell me they don’t carry the vaccine I was looking for. The woman I spoke to was polite but the place itself is an uncomfortable setting, waiting room is 90 degrees, consulting rooms have blown out power sockets, looks unsafe, the place is very dilapidated.
