Dr Mcmahan is a lovely, conscientious physician who cares for each patient as an individual and is extremely knowledgeable in her field.
I had a great experience today with Dr. Mcmahan, who was very nice and took time to listen to my problems. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel lucky to find someone like her. Excellent neurologist. Thank you Cleveland Clinic for your recommendation.
My experience with Dr. Shira McMahon was extremely disappointing. Her bedside manner was among the worst I’ve ever encountered. She showed little to no concern for my situation, barely made eye contact, and gave the impression that she was disinterested in understanding my symptoms or addressing my concerns. I had an appointment for today at 10:20 AM with Dr. Shira McMahan, I’m visiting from other state and because I was waiting for a car I called before leaving my house and informed that I was going to arrive at 10:35 AM, asked if that was ok or not, they told me that as long as I arrived at 10:35 I was ok, I arrived to the parking lot at 10:33-got to the elevator by 10:34, and check in by the 10:35 the clock changing at that moment to 10:36 the front desk checked me in, and said that everything was fine, after 15 minutes waiti... read more
