I had symptoms of a kidney infection. I’m familiar with these as I lost one of my kidneys due to recurrent infections since I was a teen. When I have symptoms I have to go to the hospital for admission and high powered IV antibiotics or risk losing the other kidney. I had a high white blood cell count.
