Edit 1: They contacted me only a few hours after I posted this review/complaint and wanted to make it right. Overcharged for services that never happened. Came in for a simple annual physical, cam home with a bill with everything but the thing I need. Lab report= no access. Medication consultation= no prescription. Took the money= hung up. I still have QUESTIONS.
ASK FOR itemized BILL AFTER EVERY APPOINTMENT!!! They billed my insurance like $75 for a 15 minute obesity consultation that never happened because i was there for a pap. Do you think the dr is sitting in between my legs for 15 minutes and talking to me about making better health choices no. They billed my insurance for a service that was NEVER rendered that is called stealing.
