ASK FOR itemized BILL AFTER EVERY APPOINTMENT!!! They billed my insurance like $75 for a 15 minute obesity consultation that never happened because i was there for a pap. Do you think the dr is sitting in between my legs for 15 minutes and talking to me about making better health choices no. They billed my insurance for a service that was NEVER rendered that is called stealing. Spoke with Jaden at the Apple Valley office absolutely professional very caring represents Dr shima Hadidchi to the fullest if you had more people like her working in all your offices the place would run so smoothly and so great thank you for having Jaden as an employee she makes it great!
First I was seeing erin there than i was seeing Eileen I either one them didn't do anything for me for all the pain was in neither one of them would not give me anything for pain they my medical records to see what I'm going through and they would it even give my tramdol which was the only thing I was taking for the pain now I'm going through even more pain and this the apple valley dr office all that kept saying was pain management and they can't do anything for me because I have osteoporosis and rods in my legs and hurts d... read more
