You may have to wait a long time but when Dr. Vickers comes in the room she gives you her undivided attention. She really listens unlike most dr's I have seen. She is very knowledgable and caring. She knows more about diabetes than most endocrinologist I have seen. I have been seeing her for years and I think she is amazing! She is worth the time you have to wait! The staff is awesome too!
Liked the dr. But not the wait time. Waited several hr from app time. All morning or afternoon for appt .
gave me medicine for bi-polar, when all i wanted was something for restless- legs.
I have had a very bad experience with this doctor. She has no idea or clue about her patients care , I think the nurses know more then she does about her patients', wait times are horrible, and I never get my lab results due to the Doctor not replying to any messages from nurses. I would advise no one to go to this practice . HORRIBLE DOCTOR !!!!
Always takes hours no matter how far in advance you make an appointment. Often the appointments are wrong or they will call and cancel your appointment. Very poorly run operation.
Don't Go Here Spent a year at this practice. Inconsistent doctors, poor staff management and a horrible staff. They lie, they do not care about patients, they lose records and they do not have a qualified pediatrician on staff anymore so it isn't really a family practice. I felt this doctor be arrogant and did not listen to her patient's concerns.
