My husband was charged $700 for something he never agreed to. The office has yet to produce any documents showing that we signed and agreed to a nose scope. Had we known a simple 30 second procedure was going to cost $700, we would have never come to this office. We have tried calling several times to resolve our dispute and the office refuses to assist us. In addition, there is not even a online portal to pay bills which is insane because there is never anyone in the office to accept calls during normal business hours.
Dr Aminpour is the best! Friendly staff too! I highly recommend him!
