I am not very familiar with direct care until I found this practice in Bothell. Having no insurance did not matter since this was a membership-based care model. I was impressed with how much time Dr. Balauag has spent with me and reviewed my medical problems. It was easy to schedule an appt and she even works with my schedule if I need to be seen beyond office hours.
